Spring is almost here and I've created a free printable for you with my favorite spring diffuser blends! One of my favorite ways to celebrate the start of each season is to change up the essential oils that I diffuse. Diffusing essential oils in your home not only makes it smell wonderful but it can also have a positive effect on your mood. During this time of year, I like to use a lot of floral essential oils (lavender, ylang ylang, and clary sage) along with citrusy oils (lemon, grapefruit, and orange) because of their uplifting and mood enhancing qualities.
