Happy Monday! It is raining and cloudy here in North Carolina. Besides going to the gym this morning, I haven’t left house and have been enjoying a fall seasonal diffuser blend while reading A Game of Thrones by George R.R. Martin (my teething daughter is currently taking an epic nap) . Lots of people ask me what kinds of oils I use in my diffuser and these are some blends that I use during the fall. Over the past months, I've learned that I have a lot to learn concerning the history of our country and the issues of systemic racism. I've recognized that I, too, have biases that I was unaware of.
