I asked the owner of my local tea shop if she would be able to create a tea for me that would help all the necessary internal organs to work properly to, in turn, promote healthy looking skin. She delivered and I'm so happy to now be able to make this Healthy Skin Tea available to you! Cozy up with a good book and drink a cup daily to help provide digestive, liver, and anti-inflammatory support.
Ingredients:
dandelion, lavender, rose, calendula, chamomile, nettle, and rooibos
Directions:
Steep 1 teaspoon in 8oz of water for 3-5 minutes.
