SLEEP TIGHT ROLL-ON (10ml):
My Sleep Tight Essential Roll-On combines a variety of essential oils to help promote a restful night's sleep. Roll onto wrists, behind ears, and/or bottom of feet before going to bed.

Ingredients:
fractionated coconut oil, essential oils of lavender, vetiver, spruce needle, ho wood, frankincense, blue tansy, blue chamomile flower; infused with lavender buds

SLEEPY TIME FOOT RUB (2 oz):
My all natural sleepy time food rub is a blend of rich shea butter, coconut oil, and almond oil whipped together with magnesium oil and essential oils of lavender and vetiver. The calming effect of magnesium, lavender, and vetiver help to promote rest, relaxation, and sleep. Apply a dime sized amount to your feet at night before going to bed. To help lock in moisture, put socks on after application.
