This all natural sleepy time food rub is a blend of rich shea butter, coconut oil, and almond oil whipped together with magnesium oil and essential oils of lavender and vetiver. The calming effect of magnesium, lavender, and vetiver help to promote rest, relaxation, and sleep. 2 or 4 oz jar. Handmade in the USA. 

ALL NATURAL INGREDIENT LIST
shea butter, coconut oil, magnesium oil, almond oil, vetiver essential oil, lavender essential oil 

DIRECTIONS
Apply a dime sized amount to your feet at night before going to bed. To help lock in moisture, put socks on after application.
