FACIAL STEAM DIRECTIONS
After cleansing, place 2-3 tablespoons of herbs in a bowl with 4 cups of boiling water. Allow to steep for 1-2 minutes. Drape a towel over your head and the bowl and breathe deeply for 2-5 minutes. Repeat weekly.
