REST + RETREAT TEA (1.5 OZ):

This caffeine free herbal tea is calming and helps to promote a sense of well being. Perfect for carving out a little time to rest + retreat daily. 1.5 oz bag of loose leaf tea. 
Created by Sarah over at VidaPour Tea for Some Call Me Crunchy. Sarah has outdone herself with this tea and it's sure to become a  favorite.  

Ingredients: licorice root, peppermint leaf, sweet fennel, basil, and hyssop.

Directions:

Add 1 teaspoon per cup. Steep 3-5 minutes.
